The tool operates using your device's web browser technologies (HTML5 Canvas, Web Workers, and local memory APIs).We do not upload, host, transmit, or store your photos or graphics on any external web servers.

3. User Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all image files, photos, logos, trademarks, and creative content you process through Watermarker.online. Watermarker.online claims zero ownership, license, or rights over your media. Because processing occurs entirely on your device, we have neither access nor visibility into your uploaded photos.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

The Service is completely free for both personal and commercial use. You may use Watermarker.online to watermark images for:

• Professional photography client galleries and portfolio proofs.
• E-commerce product catalogs and digital listings.
• Social media branding, creative attribution, and copyright notices.
• Internal company documentation and confidential draft previews.
